The Group’s Electronic Division is principally involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (“PCB”) such as single-sided PCB, double-sided PCB, multi-layer PCB (MLB) and silver through hole PCB (STH). These are widely used in the audio-visual equipment, telecommunication, home appliances, automotive, electronic components, digital and information technology related products. The Electronic Division has two manufacturing plants equipped with "up-to-date" machineries. They are located in Penang, Malaysia and Suzhou, China. These two plants are positioned strategically in the electronic manufacturing hubs of Malaysia and China in order to serve customers with prompt responses in both new product development and production delivery. GUH Penang plant is certified to ISO 9001 since 1994 to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in 2004 and to the TS 16949 Automotive Quality Management System in 2009. From its inception and throughout its many years of PCB manufacturing, the Malaysian plant has won numerous awards from customers. The latest accolade is Best Performance Supplier Award in the year 2008 from a world renowned Japanese company. GUH Suzhou plant attains similar manufacturing and quality excellence and has accreditation of ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000, UL; CQC; RoHS compliance and in addition the accreditation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in the year 2004. The certification to TS 16949 was accomplished in July 2006. GUH Suzhou is reputed to be among the top three manufacturers with the largest single sided PCB manufacturing capacity in Eastern China. GUH Suzhou has a commendable track record in excellent quality products and thus attained a reputable status in customer confidence. The plant supplies to major Japanese, Korean and other renown customers from its location. Both manufacturing plants operate with a priority mission of customer satisfaction and continuously strives to exceed customers' needs and specifications in its products and product development support. With the aim of achieving the highest order of customer satisfaction the company continuously invests in modern manufacturing technology and machineries to keep up with technology advancement.
