GUH Holdings Berhad (“GUH”), established since 1961, is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the Industrial Products sector. The Group’s core activities are currently focused on three main business activities, namely electronics, properties and utilities in Malaysia.

The Electronic Division is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and is positioned strategically in the electronics manufacturing hub of Penang, Malaysia. It manufactures high-quality Single Sided up to 6-layers boards for local and international markets.

The Properties Division is actively involved in its flagship development of Taman Bukit Kepayang, a well-mixed township in Seremban, as well as Sungai Bakap, Simpang Ampat and Sungai Petani. Most of the Division’s lands are strategically located with well-planned integrated developments comprising medium to high end landed residential units, condominiums, commercial units and apartment-style workers’ dormitories.

The Utilities Division through its wholly-owned subsidiary is actively involved in water and sewage treatment solutions with its principal activities in the engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. Besides water and sewerage related projects, the Division has expanded its portfolio into road construction in 2019 with two road construction projects in Mukah and Sarikei, Sarawak.

In the power generation sector, the Group has ventured into renewable energy projects across Taiwan, Republic of China. The undertaking of various Greenfield and Brownfield solar projects is in line with the Group’s expansion commitment in the Utilities Division.

The eVehicle Division is involved in the sales, distribution, manufacturing, assembly, after sales services and parts supply of electric scooters under the brand name of Starwheels and Starton operates 9 outlets located in Malaysia in addition to global outlets in Philippines and Australia. Starwheels has a complete showroom, 3S centres, dedicated Customisation Designer Teams and a menu of support services thus making it the largest one-stop-centre for Malaysian’s eScooters and eBicycles needs dedicated to enthusiasts, daily commuters and hobbyists.

The group has entered into a collaboration with Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle Co., Ltd. to market, promote, distribute, assemble, manufacture, sell and service products under the Jiangsu Xinri’s eMotorbikes brand of SUNRA using the brand name “Sunra GUH”. Since producing its first prototypes in 1999, Jiangsu Xinri has since grown internationally covering over 100 countries and regions with specialization in design, research, development, manufacturing and selling of Electric Vehicles with advanced technology.
