GUH Holdings Berhad (“GUH”), established in 1961, is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the Industrial Products and Services sector. The Group’s core business activities are carried out through its Electronic, Property and Utilities Divisions.
The Electronic Division specialises in the manufacture of Multi-Layer and High-Density Interconnect (HDI) printed circuit boards (PCBs), serving a diverse range of industries in domestic and international markets.
The Property Division develops and invests in residential, commercial and industrial properties across strategic locations in Penang, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Its portfolio is supported by a diversified land bank and property investment assets, including purpose-built workers’ accommodation and an international school campus, providing a mix of development and income-generating properties.
The Utilities Division provides integrated water, wastewater and sewerage solutions through Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) capabilities, backed by 100 completed projects across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Its capabilities also extend to road construction and infrastructure works.
