The Property Division develops and invests across residential, commercial and industrial segments, complemented by property investment assets that generate recurring income. The portfolio is supported by a diversified land bank across key growth corridors in Malaysia.
The portfolio includes developments in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and Semenyih, Selangor, with residential and commercial components supported by connectivity to surrounding urban centres and economic hubs.
The portfolio includes developments in Simpang Ampat and Val d’Or, Penang, comprising residential, commercial and industrial uses. Their locations within Penang’s southern growth and industrial corridors provide connectivity to surrounding economic hubs and established communities.
Beyond conventional property development, the portfolio includes purpose-built workers’ accommodation and a purpose-built international school campus, providing income-generating assets alongside the development portfolio. These investments broaden the portfolio across different property sectors.

The Utilities Division provides integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) solutions through Teknoserv Engineering Sdn Bhd, a CIDB Grade 7 contractor with SPAN Permit IPA C1 for water supply and sewerage works and ISO 9001 certification. Since 1995, 100 projects have been completed across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, covering water and sewerage treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs and pipelines.
Building on this established track record, the Division is exploring opportunities across the ASEAN region in contracting and concessionary projects for water, wastewater and related infrastructure. The Division has also broadened its capabilities into road construction and infrastructure works.
